Charles Rother is the President of American Strategic Capital, Inc.
American Strategic Capital is a registered investment advisor that provides
investment advisory services to employee pension and profiting sharing
plans, trusts, foundations and high net worth investors. Over the last
19 years, American Strategic Capital, under the careful management of
Mr. Rother has researched, developed and refined sophisticated quantitative
tools for asset allocation and industry sector selection.
Prior to founding American Strategic Capital, Charles Rother held positions
as Portfolio Manager, Stockbroker and Securities Analyst for several leading
investment firms. Mr. Rother has over 24 years of professional investment
experience.
Mr. Rother is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He holds a Bachelor of
Arts in Business Administration, with a dual concentration in Finance and
Marketing from California State University, Fullerton.

appeared in publications including Barron’s, USA Today, Dallas Morning

Willem Ooms, CPA has worked in public accounting for over 20 years.
Mr. Ooms owns and operates his Boutique CPA Firm, which started in 1994.
His CPA Firm specializes in advising successful, closely held businesses
and their owners in areas ranging from capital formation, growth strategies
and valuation, to cash flow planning and income taxation. Mr. Ooms has
served as a board member and advisor to various corporate boards. Prior
to opening his own Firm, Mr. Ooms worked at a small local CPA Firm from
1988-1994.
Mr. Ooms obtained his CPA License in 1992, and has worked in public
accounting in the United States and the Netherlands. Mr. Ooms became
a Certified Valuation Analyst, accredited with NACVA in 1999. Mr. Ooms
received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the HES van
Zwijndregt School of Higher Economics in The Hague, Holland in 1984.
Mr. Ooms worked on his Doctoral Degree in International Finance at the
Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Holland for two years prior to moving to
the United States in 1988. |
